Estate Planning Document Preparation Services
Everyone needs an estate plan; It's an essential “life tool” everyone should have, regardless of age. It’s not enough to have just a Will and/or Trust. Who would you trust to handle your affairs if you became ill or incapacitated? A Durable Power of Attorney and an Advance Health Care Directive with HIPPA Authorization allows YOU to make that decision now instead of the courts deciding later. Estate planning protects you, your family, and your assets during times of illness or incapacity.
Uncontested Divorce
Making the decision to end a marriage is never easy. However, the process doesn’t have to be difficult. At your direction, I can prepare divorce documents but only if the divorce is uncontested. This means that you and your spouse have reached an agreement regarding ALL the terms of your divorce. If you and your spouse cannot agree on the terms of your divorce, you should consult an attorney. Please see the Resources page for additional information – Please call for pricing.
Millennials, it's time to secure your children's future by protecting your assets and establishing guardianship for minor children in the event you become ill or incapacitated.
Estate Planning is also important if:
Digital Asset Protection
Your digital legacy matters too. Prevent identity theft and secure your online profiles (emails, social media, Amazon, online dating, photos, online banking, gaming accounts, contact lists, Dropbox, medical accounts, credit monitoring, and more) with a centralized password manager. Access to your centralized password manager can be included in your estate plan.
